Inclusionary Policy
The Thunder Bay Medieval Faire proudly upholds the ongoing safety and inclusion of everyone in our community. It is our mandate to stand with the 2SLGBTQQIA+ and BIPOC communities. We commit to create safe, inclusive spaces, free from hate and discrimination.
We do not under any circumstance tolerate any forms of hate speech, hate symbols, or “dog whistles”.
Attendees who are found to be in violation of the inclusionary policy while on the grounds will be asked to leave and forfeit their entry to the event.
We understand and acknowledge that in today’s world, historical fiction and selective revisionism can aim to utilize our shared history as a tool of division, hatred, and discrimination. This is not welcome at the Thunder Bay Medieval Faire.
Our organization promotes safety, fellowship, comradery, creativity, self expression, inclusion, and community.
